Charcater Actor Charlie Arnt depicts the jack-booted Nazi officer, the common thug who carried out the criminal acts of the Thousand Year Reich. Ned Scott and he created and recorded over 25 different film roles in an effort to promote themselves to the film and publishing industries in 1936. Ned Scott made prints of these character work-ups, and they were bound in binders and books and sent to prospective employers. This type of film still conveys menace, one of the most powerful themes in the movie still industry in the 1930's and 1940's.
